Unser Entwicklungsteam besteht aus 15 engagierten Mitgliedern mit dem gemeinsamen Ziel, technische Exzellenz und echten Mehrwert für unsere Nutzer:innen zu verbinden. Dein Aufgabenfeld

Du hilfst dabei, unsere App mit Inspiration und Tatkraft weiterzuentwickeln
Du arbeitest gemeinsam mit unserer Product Ownerin und dem Entwicklungsteam an Aufwandsschätzungen und der Ausarbeitung von Anforderungen, um klar definierte Projekte sicherzustellen
Unser Tech-Stack umfasst React Native & React and Rails in mehreren Komponenten
Du bist für unsere iPad-App und andere Frontend-Komponenten verantwortlich

Das bringst du mit

3+ Jahre Erfahrung in der Softwareentwicklung
Gutes Verständnis von REST-APIs und du schreibst sauberen, getesteten Code
Erfahrung mit React (Native) oder einem ähnlichen JavaScript-Framework, idealerweise auch mit nativem iOS-Code
Gute Englischkenntnisse, Deutsch ist ein Plus
Remote-First liegt dir, du arbeitest strukturiert und eigenverantwortlich
Gute Dokumentation ist für dich selbstverständlich
Du bist offen für kritisches Denken und unterschiedliche Meinungen, um unser Produkt und unsere Prozesse zu verbessern und voranzubringen

Our development team consists of 15 dedicated members with the common goal of combining technical excellence with real added value for our users. We foster an open, collaborative work culture where not only the code counts, but also the joy of collaboration.

Your Mission

You'll help us further develop our app with inspiration and drive
You contribute to work estimations and refinements in collaboration with our product owner and other engineers to ensure well-defined projects
Our tech stack includes React Native and React and Rails in multiple components
You'll be responsible for our iPad app and other front-end components

What you have to offer

3+ years of experience in software development
Good understanding of REST APIs and ability to write clean, tested code
Experience with React (Native) or a similar JavaScript framework, ideally also with native iOS code
Good English skills; German is a plus
Remote-first suits you, you work in a structured and independent manner
You consider good documentation a matter of course
You are open to critical thinking and diverse opinions to improve and advance our product and processes
